/// WHY US

Why Columbus realtors and property managers trust us with foreclosure cleanout

Headquartered On Grissom St

Our shop is minutes from most Columbus addresses, which is why first visits here land faster than anywhere else we work. The crew that shows up lives in this county and knows where every load ends up.

Empty And Swept In One Visit

Most of our jobs are quoted and finished on the same trip. We show up, walk it, price it and haul it. For a realtor holding a listing date, that is the difference between a property that goes to market next week and one that sits.

We Bring The Skid Steer When It Is Needed

Some of these properties come with a collapsed shed, a deck nobody maintained or a garage full of material that will not move by hand. We own a skid steer, so demolition and heavy clearing stay on the same job rather than becoming a second contractor.

A Firm Price Before The First Load

We price by volume across 12 set price points, and the number does not change once you approve it. For a realtor or investor working to a date, that means no surprise invoice after the last load.

/// OUR PROCESS

How we handle foreclosure cleanout in Columbus

Tell Us The Address And The Date

Book online or reach out with the address and the deadline you are working to. A rough room count helps. You do not owe us a list of what is inside.

A Free Walkthrough And A Firm Number

A lead walks the property with you, or without you if you would rather hand over access, and prices the job on the spot from the volume it will fill. Twelve price points, no obligation, and the number we give is the number you pay.

The Crew Clears It

We load and haul. Documents, photographs and anything that looks like it matters get set aside for you instead of loaded. If a former occupant left something that should go back to them, we flag it rather than deciding for you.

Swept And Handed Back

Each room gets swept as we finish. Metal and usable goods go to recycling and donation where we can, and the rest goes to the Bartholomew County landfill.

/// MEET THE TEAM

Meet Your Foreclosure Cleanout Team

Brian Richardson, an Army veteran, started Veteran Hauling here in Columbus. Our crews finish 49 training videos and four weeks of supervised field work before they take the lead alongside our veteran team leads. They arrive uniformed and insured. A vacated house still holds someone’s belongings, and our crews treat it that way rather than shovelling it into a truck.

/// FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to Your Foreclosure Cleanout Questions

Have questions? We've got answers. Here's what Columbus homeowners ask us most.

Fast, because we are based here. First visits land same-day or next-day more often than not, and a property needing several loads gets its full schedule before we touch anything. You will get a booking confirmation, a reminder two days out, another two hours before, and a text when the crew leaves the shop. We run Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

We price on volume, with 12 price points set by how much truck space the contents fill. Every property is different, so the quote happens on site, free, with nothing owed if you walk away. Jobs running over several visits are priced in full before the first load. Where the job is tied to a property sale, payment at closing can be arranged. Veterans and military families receive a discount.

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, clothing, boxes, paperwork, kitchenware and the general contents of rooms, garages, sheds and basements all go.

Paint, chemicals, fuel, oil and hazardous materials do not. Televisions, tires and Freon items carry a surcharge. We do not rent dumpsters.

If a property needs work beyond hauling, we say so during the walkthrough rather than halfway through the job.

Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation and we will send a certificate on request. That coverage is what lets us onto the apartment complexes and commercial properties that require it, and it is worth having on file before a crew works a property you are responsible for.

Once the unit is vacant and released to you, yes. That is standard work for us. What we do not do is remove a tenant’s property while they still have a claim to it, or take part in a court-supervised set-out, because Indiana has its own rules about that and it is not our call to make. Get the unit released, then hand us the keys.
