If you cannot be present, discuss this when booking your appointment. You will need to be available to pay via card through a text or email before we leave the job site.

We want you to be in the loop with our communications. As soon as we schedule your job, you will get a confirmation text and email with the date and a 2-hour arrival window. We also send a reminder the day before and 2 hours before your appointment. When our team is heading to your location, they will send a text letting you know they are on the way with our driver’s name.
