How much does an estate cleanout cost?
Rates are based on volume. It comes down to how much space the items take up on our truck. We provide a no-obligation quote after walking through the home with you. We have 12 price points to ensure you only pay for what we haul. No hidden fees.
How fast can you start?
We offer same-day and next-day estate cleanout service six days a week across central Indiana. If you are on a deadline for a home sale or lease, we can work on an accelerated timeline.
Can you clean out a home if I live out of state?
Yes. We work with out-of-state families regularly. We can coordinate the walkthrough over the phone or video, handle the cleanout, and send you photos when the job is complete.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and credit or debit cards. Our team will have a secure credit card reader with them. We cannot accept checks unless they have an estate account or name printed on the check.
How will I know when your crew arrives?
As soon as we schedule your job, you get a confirmation text and email with the date and a 2-hour arrival window. We send a reminder the day before and 2 hours before. When the crew is heading your way, you get a text with the driver’s name.
What areas do you serve?
We service Columbus, Indianapolis, Bloomington, Greenwood, Franklin, Carmel, Shelbyville, Seymour, and all points in between along the I-65 corridor.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Once we give you a price, it does not change unless you decide to add to the load. Prices are discussed upfront before we start.
How long does a full estate cleanout take?
Most full house cleanouts take one day. Larger homes or heavy hoarding situations may take two days. We schedule enough crew and trucks to get it done as fast as possible while still being thorough.
Do I need to be present during the cleanout?
No, but it is usually best to be present so we can check with you before removing anything. If you cannot be there, we can work from your direction and send photos as we go. You will need to be available to pay via card through a text or email before we leave.
What do you do with usable items?
We separate usable furniture, clothing, electronics, and household goods and route them to local charities and donation centers. Items that cannot be donated get recycled when possible. We try to keep as much out of the landfill as we can.

Yes. We work alongside you or your family to sort items room by room. You decide what to keep, what to donate, and what to haul. We move at your pace and handle everything with care.
