Rates are generally based on volume, so it’s how much space items take up on our truck. We’ll provide a no-obligation quote when we arrive to accurately price your job. We have 12 price points on the truck to ensure we only charge based on your items. No need to pay for a full truck if you only have a small amount. Items with a $10-$25 environmental fee include tires, appliances with freon, and TV’s.
No! That is why we put eyes on the items you want removed. Once we tell you a price, it doesn’t change unless you decide to add to the load. Prices are discussed upfront.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Our team will have a secure credit card swiper on-site. We cannot accept checks unless they have an estate account/name printed on the check.
Our teams are trained junk removers with new/proper equipment to get the job done quickly and safely. We wear uniformed shirts, provide business cards and act professionally. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
We want you to be “in the loop” with our communications! As soon as we schedule your job, you’ll get a confirmation text/email. It will show the date and 2-hour arrival window. We also send a reminder out the day before and 2 hours before your appointment. When our team is heading to your location, they will send a text letting you know they are “on the way” that includes our driver’s name.
No, but it is usually best to be present. We want to ensure we take everything you need us to…and none of they things you don’t! If you cannot be present, be sure to discuss this when booking your appointment. You will need to be available to pay via card via a text or email before we leave the job site.
Our trucks are approximately 16 cubic yards! It’s a dump-bed truck that is the equivalent of about 6 pickup trucks.
That is a loaded question! We have hauled away all kinds of unwanted items. Furniture, appliances, boxes/bags, lawn mowers, exercise equipment, remodel or construction debris, hot tubs, mattresses, tanning beds and a whole lot more.
