Brian Richardson served in the U.S. Army before building a career as a serial entrepreneur in Columbus, IN. When COVID hit and the corporate world shifted under his feet, he spotted something the big franchise haulers missed: central Indiana needed a junk removal company that actually cared about the people it served. He launched Veteran Hauling in 2020 with one truck, zero franchise fees, and the same values the military taught him. Show up on time, do what you say, and leave the place better than you found it.

Every crew member completes a 49-video training course and four weeks of training and field work before they take the lead alongside our veteran team leads. We hire for character and train for skill.
