Why Indianapolis families call us for hoarding cleanup
We Have Done This Before
A full house does not surprise us. Our crews have cleared homes across Marion County where every room was packed floor to ceiling, and they arrive ready to work. Nobody on our team comments on what they find.
You Set The Pace
Some families want the whole house cleared in one week. Others need one room at a time over a month, with the resident present for every decision. Both work for us. We schedule multi-load pickups around what the family can handle.
We Sort Before We Haul
Important things hide in these homes. Documents, photographs, jewelry, cash tucked into books. Our crews watch for anything that looks like it matters and set it aside for you rather than loading it.
Clear It Before The Holidays
Families often see the house for the first time in years when they visit for the holidays. If you are reading this in the fall, you have a window to get the work done before relatives arrive and before the cold makes loading a long job harder.

How hoarding cleanup works in Indianapolis
Reach Out However You Prefer
Message us or book online. You do not need to explain the whole situation in writing. Tell us the address and roughly how many rooms, and we take it from there.
A Quiet Walkthrough
One of our leads walks the property with you and gives a price on the spot, based on how much truck space the job fills. If the job needs more than one visit, we map that out with you before anything moves.
We Clear The Rooms
Our crew loads and hauls. You can stay and direct the work or hand us a key and step away. We keep anything you flag, and we set aside anything that looks valuable so you can check it before it leaves.
The House Comes Back
We sweep each room as we finish it. When the last load leaves, the rooms are clear and ready for whatever comes next, whether that is a cleaning crew, a contractor, a sale, or a parent moving back into a home they can use again.

Answers to Your Hoarding Cleanup Questions
Have questions? We've got answers. Here's what Indianapolis homeowners ask us most.
How quickly can you schedule hoarding cleanup?
We can often start within a few days, and same-day or next-day visits happen when the schedule allows. Larger homes take multiple visits, so we book the first load right away and plan the rest around you. You will get a booking confirmation, a reminder two days before, another two hours out, and a text when the crew is on the way. If you would rather we call before we knock, tell us and we will.
How much does hoarding cleanup cost?
We price by volume, using 12 price points based on how much truck space the job fills. A full house takes more than one load, so we walk the property first and give you a firm number with no obligation. For a house packed room to room, we price what we can see, and if the volume turns out larger once we open it up, you hear it from us before we keep going. Veterans and military families receive a discount.
What do you take, and what can you not take?
We take furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, clothing, boxes, paperwork, household goods, and general contents, including the things packed into garages, basements, and spare rooms.
We cannot take paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, or hazardous materials. Televisions, tires, and anything containing Freon carry a surcharge.
If a home needs specialist work beyond hauling, we will tell you at the walkthrough rather than partway through the job.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. Both matter on a job where footing is uneven and doorways are blocked. Our crews are uniformed and insured, and they treat the property and the people in it with respect.
Will you tell anyone?
No. We treat what we see as private. Our crews do not discuss jobs outside the team, and we will not use photographs of your home in any marketing. Many of the people who call us are adult children handling a parent’s house, and they tell us the hardest part was picking up the phone. Once you do, the rest is our job.
